Today had a early birthday celebration with my family,because papa's going overseas again,
and he won't be in Singapore during my birthday.
Initially we wanted to have a lunch together, but little brother had school till 1.
so,
SKIPPED TRAINING FOR DINNER.
very scary part is,
NO EXERCISE AND A LOT INTAKE.
